The London School of Economics and Political Science is delighted to announce the Beacon scholarship for bright Kenyan, Tanzanian or Ugandan students applying to the bachelors programmes for the upcoming 2020/21 academic year.

Application Deadline: 27th April 2020.

Eligible Countries: Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda

About the Award: The Beacon Scholarship provides access to the highest quality education for especially gifted Kenyan children, who in the future will have the confidence and ability to become leaders in their chosen fields in their own country.

Type: Undergraduate

Eligibility: This scholarship is for an applicant from Kenya, Tanzania, or Uganda. All undergraduate programmes are eligible.

Number of Awardees: one award

Value of Scholarship: £20,000 each year.

Duration of Scholarship: The award will be given per academic year

How to Apply: Please complete the LSE Undergraduate Scholarship Application 2020 and return your application form with all supporting documents including an academic reference to the Financial Support Office by post.
