The University is delighted to offer a £10,000 scholarship, awarded as a tuition fee reduction, to an outstanding applicant applying to study a Masters in Law, commencing in 2019. The scholarship will be awarded on the basis of academic achievement and leadership experience in your chosen field of study.

About the Award: The scholarship is offered as part of the new Sussex Future Leaders Programme.The scholarship will be awarded on the basis of academic merit and it will be paid as a tuition fee waiver in the first instance with any remainder being paid as a maintenance grant.

Eligibility: To be eligible for this scholarship, you must have accepted a full-time place on one of the following Masters degrees in the School of Law listed above.

You are not eligible for this scholarship if you are going to study the following courses:

  • Postgraduate diplomas (including CPE Common Professional Examination)
  • Corruption, Law and Governance LLM (delivered in Qatar)
  • Any Masters funded by the research councils (e.g. those receiving ESRC 1+3 funding)

You cannot receive this scholarship if you are receiving another Sussex scholarship (i.e. Chancellors International Scholarship).
