Hub iLab will support a multi-disciplinary team of 20 international students intheir quest to become part of the next generation of innovators in Mexico.

To be taken at (country): Mexico

About the Award: The students will work in teams on building a start-up plan; the winning project gets implemented in a community in Mexico

Type: Entrepreneurship

Eligibility: 

  1. Current student or recent graduate
  2. Fluent in English
  3. Strong interest in social global issues
  4. Self-aware and with experienced in Leadership, Teamwork and Project Management

Plus but not required:

  1. Basic conversational Spanish
  2. Previous intercultural experiences

Number of Awards: 

Value of Program: The participants will gain experience in leadership, teamwork, business start-up and project management while contributing to solutions to improve the life of a local community in Cuetzalan, Mexico.

There will be a start-up pitch competition and the winning project gets to be implemented in the community.

Duration of Program: 1 month ( 1st July – 29 July)
