About the Award: Teach full load of undergraduate courses in the history of Africa. Teaching responsibilities include a world history survey (1500 to present or post-1945), a two-course introduction to African history, and upper-level courses in African history.

Eligibility: PhD in History by date of appointment (for appointment as Visiting Assistant Professor); ABD in History (for appointment as Instructor).
