While in school, you have to define each day with the task you are given, arrange your time to suit your activities for the day. You can do this arrangement on a scale of preferences to enable you to attend to them easily.

You can set up a goal and want to apply time management skills then you sleep late or wake up late, this would disrupt your whole task.
