AKU’s Medical College, East Africa with the support of the Ministry of Health and the Kenya Paediatric Fellowship Programme (KPFP) offers a 2-year sub specialty programme in Neonatology and in Paediatric Neurology.

About the Award: The scholarship programme is implemented in collaboration with the MOH, KPFP and other stakeholders in order to support specialised paediatric skills and thereby address the issue of acute shortage and poor distribution of specialised child health care. The KPFP program will target paediatricians working in the public sector employed by county governments. Limited training space is available for Kenyan paediatricians not employed by the county governments.
