To further support the inclusive and meaningful participation of youth voices at COP27, we are excited to announce that the Government of Egypt is offering more that 400 opportunities of subsidized accommodation for young participants at the City of Sharm El Sheikh. Priority will be given to young participants from developing countries particularly Africa and least developed countries. These opportunities are available for participants who happen to be:

What Type of Award is this?

Who can apply?

1. At the age of 16 to 35 years.
2. Registered for participation at COP27, and holds a UNFCCC’s acknowledgment of participant’s nomination.
3. With meaningful contribution to climate action at the local, national, regional or international levels.

How are Applicants Selected?

Priority will be given to young participants from developing countries particularly Africa and least developed countries.
