The Tony Elumelu Foundation, UNICEF Generation Unlimited & IKEA Foundation, have partnered to empower young African green entrepreneurs through a pilot initiative called Be Green Africa.

This initiative is open to all entrepreneurs under 35 years of age and in the waste management in Kenya. It is also open to all entrepreneurs under age 35 and in the green sector in Morocco, Nigeria, Senegal and South Africa.

Which Fields are Eligible?

The green sector includes, but is not limited to:  Sustainable agriculture and agricultural processing, Blue economy and aquaculture, Renewable energy, recycling, Circular economy and waste management including biomass and Eco-tourism.
