The BofA Securities MBA Diversity Fellowship Program will award merit-based fellowships to individuals who are Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, Native American, military veterans, LGBT+, students with disabilities and women in their first year of business school. While our goal is to target underrepresented groups, all eligible students regardless of background are encouraged to apply.
To be considered, you must submit an application online to the 2024 Global Investment Banking Summer Associate Program and a Fellowship application by November 13th, 2023, 11:59 PM. You can apply online via our campus.bankofamerica.com. The program is open for applications as of July 15th, 2023. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. In addition to the above, please apply using the following steps below.

Submit a fellowship application through the 2024 MBA Fellowship — Global Investment Banking Summer Associate Program with the following materials:
1. Upload your resume and provide your answers to the following using no more than 250 words each
- Provide an example where you demonstrated leadership skills that contributed to your community.
- Provide an example where you demonstrated teamwork that offered a contribution to your community.
- How will your fellowship at BofA help you to achieve your career aspiration?
2. Submit your admission to a U.S.-based AACSB accredited business school for the 2023-2024 academic year.
