Tell Me About BRICS Youth Council:
The Executive Chairperson of the National Youth Development Agency (NYDA), Asanda Luwaca addressed the open plenary session of the 15th BRICS Summit on August 23. She announced before the house that the recent 9th BRICS Youth Summit has reached a consensus on the establishment of the BRICS Youth Council.

- A young person from the ages of 18-35 years old
- Be a South African,
- Reside within the borders of South Africa (Naturalised South Africans do not qualify)
• Have a valid passport, - Have a NQF Level 7 qualification preferably in International Relations or related,
- Three years of work experience preferably in International Relations or youth work

What is the Benefit of BRICS Youth Council?
This is a voluntary participation and there is no remuneration. Please also note that only one position is available.
