Applications are now open for the 2024 Digital Africa Talent 4 Startups Program.

It is an integrated program designed and launched by Digital Africa that satisfies the requirements of African early-stage startups for hiring competent personnel and provides job opportunities and training to youth recipients of targeted scholarships. Partner schools that train students for careers in technology and digital fields administer these scholarships.

Eligibility Requirements

  • I’m in the age range of 18 to 35. I reside in a nation where a partner of the program offers training.
  • I’m prepared to dedicate myself to two to nine months of intense training.
  • I want to work in technology, ideally for a startup.

You will gain operational, technical, and people skills if you are chosen; keep in mind that employers will value the latter above all else. Here are a few of them:
