The Faculty of Engineering Memorial Scholarship at the University of Ottawa is given by the Faculty of Engineering to seven female students, one from each of the engineering departments (not including computer science). Applicants that best meet the qualifying requirements and have a minimum admission average of 80% are awarded this $2,000 reward. Students who wish to apply must provide a statement outlining their motivation for applying to an engineering school, along with a current résumé that highlights their most recent achievements in extracurricular and academic settings.

This grant is open to all female students admitted to the Faculty of Engineering, including those studying abroad.
