Eligibility Criteria
Interested applicants for the EPL Ghana Public Sector Fellowship must meet the following requirements:
- Must be a Ghanaian citizen with a clean record
- Must have completed the National Service (NSS) program
- Must be under 32 years old
- Must have strong english skills
- Must be computer literate
- Must be able to demonstrate good leadership potential
- Must have the ability to work under pressure in a professional working environment
- Must demonstrate commitment to the wider Public Sector work and leadership potential

- Submit the application essays on the following topics:
- Describe your interest in Ghana’s Public Sector and how becoming an EPL Fellow aligns with your personal and professional goals (500 words).
- Share a situation where you demonstrated initiative and leadership. Describe the measures you took, the actions implemented, and the result and impact (500 words).
- Explain your understanding of Ghana’s Public Sector (300 words).
- Tell us about what inspires you and why (300 words).
