The University of Sydney in Australia is accepting applications for the Sydney International Undergraduate Scholarship for 2024.

The purpose of the scholarship program is to provide financial assistance to outstanding foreign students from various priority markets who are enrolled in a range of undergraduate courses at the University of Sydney.

Between the two intakes, about 20 scholarships will be given out annually worldwide, with an emphasis on course and nationality diversity.

To be considered for the Sydney International Scholarship, you must:

• have applied for but not yet commenced a single undergraduate coursework degree (which may include embedded honors) at the University of Sydney at the time of award, which has a maximum duration of 4 years.
• Only applicants who apply for eligible courses will be considered for this scholarship.
• must enroll in their eligible degree full-time.
• not be commencing a second degree at the University of Sydney.
• be an international student, as defined in the Higher Education Support Act 2003. Australian Citizens, Australian Permanent Residents, and dual citizens with Australian nationality are not eligible.
• must have completed secondary school or a foundation program in Australia or from a University of Sydney-recognized foundation partner.
• must not have previously undertaken any tertiary studies (excluding extension studies completed as part of a year 12 program).

The scholarship will provide the below benefits for the published full-time duration of the recipient’s single undergraduate degree (including embedded honors) up to a maximum total duration of 4 years of full-time study.
