The application deadline for the MPower monthly scholarship for the month of June is June 28, 2024. 

Tell Me About the MPOWER Monthly Scholarships For June 2024

The MPower scholarships also known as the  Summer Series of Scholarships will be awarding $8,000 USD this summer to support 12 international students in funding their educational dreams. On the first day of each month this summer, a scholarship theme is given by MPower via their website. It is advisable to apply quickly and applications will be open until the last Friday of the month.

Who can Apply for the MPOWER Monthly Scholarships For June 2024?

Interested candidates must meet the following criteria: 

• Must be admitted to or enrolled in a full-time degree program at one of the schools Mpower supports in the U.S. or Canada
• Must be an international student legally permitted to study in the U.S. or Canada

For study in the U.S.:

• Have a valid visa that permits study in the U.S., or
• Be protected under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)

For study in Canada:

• Have a valid Canadian study permit

Note: U.S. citizens studying in the U.S. and Canadian citizens studying in Canada are not eligible for this scholarship.

What is the Benefit of the  MPOWER Monthly Scholarships For June 2024?

Successful candidates will be awarded the following amounts: 

• Grand Prize: $1,000
• Honorable Mentions (2): $500
