What does this scholarship cover?
The Moroccan Government scholarship does not pay for registration fees; they are the student’s own costs, as are lodging, transportation, and other expenditures. The scholarship offers the following:
Get Up to $100,000 Student Loan for Your Master in US or Canada - Apply before 31 December 2024 to get as low as 9.99% interest rate
- A monthly stipend of 750 dirhams (approximately US $75).
- Support for thesis printing costs for Master and PhD graduates upon submission of necessary documents to AMCI.
What are the eligibility criteria for the 2024 Moroccan Government Scholarships?
To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must:
- Be a Pakistani or AJK national and a permanent resident of Pakistan or AJK. Dual nationality holders are not eligible.
- Provide valid HAT or USAT test scores. Visit the Education Testing Council website for more details if you don’t have these scores.
- Have completed 12 years of education (FSC/A-level) for undergraduate programs, 16 years for master’s programs, and 18 years for PhD programs in relevant fields. The maximum age for undergraduate applicants is 23 years old.
- Meet any additional requirements set by the Moroccan university you wish to attend.

What are the teaching languages for the 2024 Moroccan Government Scholarships?
- French is the primary language for the scientific, technical, and economic sectors. Candidates admitted must undergo a French language refresher course during the academic year 2024-2025.
- Arabic: Courses in Arabic Language and Literature and Islamic Studies.
- Legal Science is taught in either Arabic or French, based on the candidate’s choice.

- Attested copies of all educational documents.
- Copy of CNIC.
- Letter of motivation.

- Letter of recommendation.
- For PhD applicants: Master’s degree dissertation/thesis and a doctoral thesis proposal.
- Non-criminal Record (Police Clearance Certificate).

- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer, if employed.
