The Talent Grant is a financial aid program offered by AHK to help international students with exceptional merit but in need of financial support. For the academic year 2024-2025, the grant offers a significant tuition fee reduction of €3,825. This discount helps bridge the gap between the higher institutional fees charged to international students and the lower, government-subsidized statutory tuition.

The deadline for the application of the  Amsterdam University of the ArtsTalent Grant Scholarship 2024   is June 1, 2024.

Eligibility criteria for the Amsterdam University of the ArtsTalent Grant Scholarship 2024

Candidates who want to apply for the Amsterdam University of the ArtsTalent Grant Scholarship 2024  must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Nationality: You must be a national from a non-EEA country (excluding Suriname and Switzerland).
• Merit: Your application should showcase your exceptional academic or creative talents.
• Residency: You will need to live in the Netherlands throughout your studies at AHK.
• Tuition Status: You must be enrolled in a program where you’re required to pay institutional tuition fees, which are higher than the subsidized fees.
• Admission: If you’re not yet an AHK student, you must have successfully passed the entrance exam.

Application Process for the Amsterdam University of the ArtsTalent Grant Scholarship 2024

1. Get Assessed: Before anything, your talent and eligibility need to be assessed by the head of your study program. This is to ensure you meet the high standards of merit required.
2. Application Form: If deemed eligible, you’ll receive an application form (https://www.ahk.nl/en/facilities/student-affairs/financial-matters/profiling-fund-and-talent-grant/talent-grant/) for the Talent Grant.
3. Submit Before the Deadline: Mark your calendar—the application must be in by 1 June 2024.
4. Await the Decision: Your application will go through a ranking process by the academy director and the final approval come from the Executive Board of AHK and expects to hear back by 15 July 2024.
