McKinsey & Company is pleased to announce that applications are now open for its Forward Learning Program in Africa. The purpose of this program is to equip individuals at every stage of their career with practical skills and knowledge to succeed in the future of work. 

The 10-week program is delivered in a digital and virtual format and begins with building foundational career skills through online courses, case scenarios, and interactive learning events. Participants will have the opportunity to develop new behaviors through ongoing reflection and application.

Interactive Learning Journey

• The program will be done in a variety of formats including digital courses, virtual-learning events, assignments, and reflection exercises.
• Participants will be dedicating about two hours a week over ten weeks.

Eligibility criteria

Interested candidates must meet the following requirements to be eligible for the forward program: 

• Currently reside on the African continent (all countries).
• Are currently employed, self-employed, or between jobs.
• Have less than five years of total work experience or have more than five years of work experience but have never been responsible for directly managing any colleagues
• Completed at least a secondary education / high school degree.
• Have a good command of the English language (the program will be conducted in English).
