The China Link Scholarship Program for the 2025 batch intake at Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) is established by the China Scholarship Council (CSC). This program offers full scholarships for international students and faculty members to participate in academic and research activities in China.
The HIT-China Link Scholarship for the 2025 intake is open to enrolled undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral students, and faculty members from CSC’s foreign partner universities. The program covers tuition, accommodation, insurance, and a monthly stipend. Who can Apply for The China Link Scholarships 2025?
Interested applicants must ensure they meet the following requirements:
- Be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China, have good moral character and academic excellence, and be in good health.
- Be under 45 years of age when applying for general scholarships and under 50 years of age for senior scholarships.
- Be registered as a full-time student or employed as a full-time academic staff at one of the CSC’s foreign partner universities during the application and proposed stay in China.
- Have received either a pre-admission letter or an invitation letter issued by HIT.

How to Apply:
Additionally, the application process is below:
- Applicants are to apply for pre-admission documents or invitations from HIT.
- After that, complete the CSC online application and upload supporting documents via the Chinese Government Scholarship Information System. HIT’s Agency Number is 10213.
- CSC will send scholarship admission results to HIT on May 15, 2024; August 15, 2024; November 15, 2024; and February 15, 2025.
- Finally, HIT will notify applicants of the scholarship admission results.
