Who can Apply for the Techno-Economic Modelling Undergraduate Scholarship?
You must:
- be currently enrolled full-time in their final year of Bachelor of Engineering Honours (Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering), including combined degrees, within the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Sydney
- be enrolled in CHNG5603: Advanced Industrial Modelling and Analysis
- have achieved a minimum Semester Average Mark (SAM) of 65 in your previous semester.
Selection Criteria
a. The Scholarship will be awarded on the basis of:
I. academic merit,
II. previous experience in programming, proficiency in use of Python for implementing simulations, including deep learning simulation and data analysis, and
III. a personal statement which demonstrates their knowledge and experience in the environmental sector, with a good understanding of the environmental market.ย
b. The Scholarship will be awarded by the Head of School of the School of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, or their nominated delegates.
