The CAPES-Humboldt Research Fellowship supports postdoctoral researchers and experienced researchers with their research in Germany. The program was launched in 2013 as a collaboration between the Brazilian research funding organization CAPES (Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior) and the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation. What is the Benefit of the CAPES-Humboldt Research Fellowship 2025 in Germany?

- Personalized assistance from the Humboldt Foundation.
- Monthly stipends: €2,600 for postdoctoral researchers and €3,100 for experienced researchers.
- Fellowship duration: 6 to 24 months for postdoctoral researchers and 6 to 18 months for experienced researchers, which can be divided into up to three stays within three years.
- Intensive German language courses for fellows and their partners.
- Additional financial support includes family benefits for children and marital partners, and travel allowances.
