Who can Apply for the Bezos Earth Fund AI for Climate and Nature Grand Challenge?
The evaluation process involves a multidisciplinary group of experts who will evaluate submissions based on equally weighted criteria. Additionally, experts will recommend awardees for each phase.
Phase 1:
- An expert review panel will score proposals according to selection criteria.

There is a total funding of up to $100 million in total cash over three rounds.
Each round has two stages:
- Phase 1: Up to 30 Seed Grantees will receive $50,000 each and an invitation to participate in the Phase 2 Innovation Sprint.
- Phase 2: Up to 15 Implementation Grantees may receive up to $2 million each at the conclusion of Phase 2.
