#1. Turkey Burslari Scholarships – No Application Fee!

Türkiye Scholarships, which not only provide financial support but also ensure university placement, The scholarship program is competitive and merit-based, next to candidates’ academic excellence.

Note that applications are received online through the online application system, free of charge.

#2. Azarbhijan Scholarship – No Application Fee!

IMAGEThe Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan are pleased to announce the “Heydar Aliyev – International Education Grant Program” for 2024-2025 academic year. The higher education scholarship by the Government of Azerbaijan will be offered on an annual basis for a period of 5 years. To get detailed information, please click here. #3. Hungry HEC Scholarships – No Application Fee!

These Hungarian higher education scholarship programme offer a wide range of courses for high-achieving international students with an excellent academic track record. The scholarship aims to support the internationalisation of Hungarian higher education and its constant development, strengthen the international relations of the academic and research community, and promote the good reputation and competitiveness of Hungarian higher education worldwide.

#4. China CSC scholarships – No Application Fee!

The Chinese Government Scholarship is open to all international students worldwide. A fully funded scholarship to pursue an undergraduate or master’s degree at a Chinese university is offered by Dali University. To apply for the Chinese Council Scholarship in 2025, there is no application fee. #5. MIS Malaysia Scholarships – No Application Fee!

The Malaysia International Scholarship (MIS) is an initiative by the Malaysian Government to attract the best brain from around the world to pursue advanced academic studies in Malaysia. This scholarship aims to support Malaysian Government’s effort to attract, motivate and retain talented human capital from abroad.

Talented international students with excellent academic records and outstanding co-curricular backgrounds are welcomed to apply for this scholarship and further their studies in any selected and well-established Malaysian public and private universities.

#6. KNB Indonesian Scholarships – No Application Fee!

The KNB (Kemitraan Negara Berkembang) Scholarship is a prestigious scholarship provided by the Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education and Culture of Indonesia, for international students from developing countries who desire to pursue their bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degree in Indonesian universities. This scholarship program offers the chance to learn and experience life in the middle of Indonesian culture. Therefore, international students will obtain both educational scholarship and a deeper cultural understanding of Indonesia.

Australia Awards Scholarships are long-term awards administered by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. They aim to contribute to the development needs of Australia’s partner countries in line with bilateral and regional agreements.

They provide opportunities for people from developing countries, particularly those countries located in the Indo-Pacific region, to undertake full time undergraduate or postgraduate study at participating Australian universities and Technical and Further Education (TAFE) institutions.

The study and research opportunities provided by Australia Awards Scholarships develop the skills and knowledge of individuals to drive change and contribute to development in their own countries.

#8. New Zealand Manaaki Scholarships – No Application Fee!

The New Zealand (NZ) Government offers scholarships to professionals from eligible countries to learn new skills in Aotearoa New Zealand. In 2024 and 2025, we are offering a small number of scholarships for professional development studying either online or in New Zealand. These scholarships are managed by Skills Group.

The online course is run part time over a four-week period, consisting of two three-hour sessions per week and will be run by the University of Auckland’s Public Policy Institute. While the course does not constitute a formal tertiary qualification it will provide scholars with unique insights into New Zealand approaches and best practice in each sectoral study area.

#9. HKPF Scholarships (Hong Kong) – No Application Fee!

The Hong Kong Ph.D. Fellowship Scheme (HKPFS), established by the Research Grants Council (RGC), aims to attract the best and brightest students in the world to pursue their Ph.D. programs in Hong Kong’s institutions. The Fellowship provides a monthly stipend of HK$20,000 (approximately US$2,600) and a conference and research-related travel allowance of HK$10,000 (approximately US$1,300) per year for each awardee for three years.

#10. SINGA Awards Scholarships (Singapore) – No Application Fee!

The Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) is a collaboration between the Agency for Science, Technology & Research (A*STAR), the National University of Singapore (NUS) and the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) to offer PhD training to be carried out in English at your chosen lab at A*STAR Research Institutes, NUS or NTU. Students will be supervised by distinguished and world-renowned researchers in these labs. Upon successful completion, students will be conferred a PhD degree by either NUS or NTU.

#11. GKS Scholarships (South Korea) – No Application Fee!

By providing foreign students with the opportunity to study at Korean higher education institutions, we promote international educational exchange and promote friendship between countries.

#12. Swiss Government Excellence Scholarships – No Application Fee!

Each year the Swiss Confederation awards Government Excellence Scholarships to promote international exchange and research cooperation between Switzerland and over 180 other countries. Recipients are selected by the awarding body, the Federal Commission for Scholarships for Foreign Students (FCS).

The Swiss Government Excellence Scholarships are aimed at young researchers from abroad who have completed a master’s degree or PhD and at foreign artists holding a bachelor’s degree.

#13. CAS-TWAS President’s PhD Fellowship Programme – No Application Fee!

Pursue a PhD in the natural sciences, engineering, business or legal sciences in China, fully funded by the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and The World Academy of Sciences (TWAS) and there is no application fee to apply.

#14. Fulbright Foreign Fellows Program (USA) – No Application Fee!

The Fulbright U.S. Student Program expands perspectives through academic and professional advancement and cross-cultural dialogue. Fulbright creates connections in a complex and changing world.

In partnership with more than 140 countries worldwide, the Fulbright U.S. Student Program offers unparalleled opportunities in all academic disciplines to passionate and accomplished graduating college seniors, graduate students, and young professionals from all backgrounds. Program participants pursue graduate study, conduct research, or teach English abroad. 

#15. UK Chevening Scholarships – No Application Fee!

Chevening Scholarships are awarded to individuals with strong academic backgrounds who also have demonstrable leadership potential. The scholarship offers financial support to study for a Master’s degree at any of the UK’s leading universities and the opportunity to become part of an influential global network of 44,000 alumni. There are approximately 1,500 Chevening Scholarships on offer globally for the2018/2019 academic cycle. #16. Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degrees (EMJMD) – No Application Fee!

The Erasmus Mundus Scholarship 2025 is a great opportunity for students, researchers, and staff worldwide who are seeking to gain knowledge, experience, and wisdom in Europe.
