The Hong Kong Government Scholarships are for international non-local students seeking to study at Lingnan University in Hong Kong. The scholarship will cover the costs of tuition for all successfully selected candidates pursuing an undergraduate degree at the university. - have good academic standing
- have a good track record in community service.
- Hold an IB Diploma or GCE A-Level/iAl with Grade E in 2 @ subjects (for BEdECE) or 1 subject (for HDECE); and Grade E in English Language at A/AS-Level or Grade C in GCE/O-LEVEL/GCSE/IGCSE

- Full-tuition scholarships for selected students to study a four-year Bachelor of Education (Honours) in Early Childhood Education (ECE) Program for the 2024/2025 academic year.
- Living costs in Hong Kong, including food, transportation, and leisure, may range from HK$30,000 to HK$50,000 per year.
- Affordable hostel accommodation for international students may cost around HK$6,000 (USD 770) per month.
- The college will waive application fees for applicants referred by the Consulate General of Nigeria in Hong Kong.
