The Dangote Academy is dedicated to keeping the business running smoothly by finding and training skilled workers for the Dangote Group. They are looking for top-performing Engineering graduates from Nigerian Universities and Polytechnics. To qualify, you must have completed your NYSC service by December 2024 and be ready to start working by January 2025. Applicants should be 28 years old or younger, with First Class or Second-Class Upper Division (2:1) degrees from Universities, or Distinction or Upper Credit from Polytechnics

Who can for the Dangote Academy Graduate Engineering Training Scheme?

Interested applicants must ensure they meet the following criteria:

• First degree/HND from a reputable University/ Polytechnic/equivalent with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) or Upper Credit (HND) or equivalent.
• Not more than 28 years of age (fresh graduates), at the time of applying.
• Have basic computer skills.
• Have completed the mandatory NYSC service.
• Have 0 – 2 years’ experience.
• Be ready for engagements by January 2025 with any of the Dangote Business Units.
