Necsa Group, through Necsa Learning Academy, is contributing toward skills development by offering a 24-month Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme for qualifying students to gain skills, knowledge, and experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

Unemployed South African citizens aged between 18 to 35, who are students from TVET Colleges and have completed their N6 qualification, are invited to apply. Applicants must provide a letter from their institution confirming that they have completed the theoretical component of their studies and require practical experience to graduate in one of the following fields of study:

  • Electrical
  • Instrumentation
  • Fitter and Turner
  • Mechanical Fitter
  • Boilermaker
  • Welder

Note that applicants who have already participated in any Necsa graduate Programme will not be considered and if it is found that this was the case after appointment, the contract will be terminated with immediate effect.

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

  • Good interpersonal skills, professionalism and integrity, ability to work under pressure, and deadline-driven.
  • Successful candidates must be analytical and have high attention to detail.
  • Ambitious and willing to learn.

  • Note that no hand delivery will be considered.

  • Successful candidates will receive a graduate stipend on a monthly basis.
