Also, the European Union Traineeships Program is open to candidates who meet the following criteria:

• The candidate must have completed at least three years of higher education, or have equivalent qualifications.
• The candidate must have a good knowledge of at least two EU official languages, one of which must be the language of the host institution.
• The candidate must not have already completed a traineeship in the institution where they are applying.
• The candidate must be in good health and able to undertake the duties of the traineeship.
