Scholarship Details:

  • The GHD Program provides merit-based scholarships supported by:
    • The Amre and Caroline Heinz-Youness Family
    • The William and Catherine McGurn Family
  • Scholarships include:
    • Full-tuition scholarships for students from sub-Saharan Africa
    • Partial scholarships for students from Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Completed courses in introductory macro- and microeconomics and statistics with a grade of B or better (or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in English and one other language (oral proficiency exam required before graduation)
  • 1-2 years of full-time work experience post-undergraduate degree recommended
  • Experience living, studying, and working outside the United States recommended
