The Oyo State Scholarship Board has a strong track record of providing financial support to Oyo State students in public tertiary institutions. Also, the Oyo State Bursary Award is designed to help financially needy but talented students from Oyo State by easing their financial burdens in tertiary institutions both nationally and internationally. The board also aims to promote academic excellence and ensure that every student has access to quality education.

Who can Apply?

Also, applicants who want to take advantage of this opportunity must ensure they meet the following criteria:

  • Final-year undergraduate, HND, and Clinical students excluding final-year Law Students
  • Aviation and Maritime Students
  • The above-listed student/applicant must be in Nigerian universities and tertiary institutions
  • Candidates from Private tertiary institutions, part-time and overseas Students are NOT qualified to apply

  • Local Government Identification
  • Current Course Registration Form endorsed by your Head of Department (H.O.D)
