Outstanding international students currently enrolled at the United Arab Emirates University have the opportunity to receive one of the three scholarships outlined below. The university awards these scholarships based on a competitive evaluation of student’s academic achievements and educational abilities, following university regulations. The availability of seats and instructional capacity also determines eligibility for each scholarship. Please note that these scholarships do not cover housing fees. The scholarship opportunities are in three different categories:
- Partial Scholarship A (100%)
- Partial Scholarship B (75%)
- Partial Scholarship C (50%)

Who can Apply For The United Arab Emirates University Scholarships For International Students?
Additionally, applicants must ensure they meet the following eligibility criteria:
Partial Scholarship A (100%)
- A high school certificate score of 98% is required.
- For all colleges except Law, students must score 7.5 or above on the IELTS or 1800 or above on the EMSAT English test (or equivalent).
- For the College of Law, students must score 6.5 or above on the IELTS or 1550 or above on the EMSAT English test (or equivalent).
- For Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Agriculture & Vet Medicine, and Health Sciences, students must score 730 or above on the SAT Subject test in mathematics or 1300 on the EMSAT Math test (or equivalent).
- For the College of Law, students must score 1350 on the EMSAT Arabic language test (or equivalent).

Partial Scholarship B (75%)
- A high school certificate score of 97% is required.
- For all colleges except Law, students must score 7.0 or above on the IELTS or 1675 or above on the EMSAT English test (or equivalent).
- For the College of Law, students must score 6.0 or above on the IELTS or 1400 or above on the EMSAT English test (or equivalent).
- For Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Agriculture & Vet Medicine, and Health Sciences, students must score 695 or above on the SAT Subject test in mathematics or 1200 on the EMSAT Math test (or equivalent).
- For the College of Law, students must score 1350 on the EMSAT Arabic language test (or equivalent).
Partial Scholarship C (50%)
- A high school certificate score of 95% is required.
- For all colleges except Law, students must score 6.5 or above on the IELTS or 1550 or above on the EMSAT English test (or equivalent).
- For the College of Law, students must score 5.5 or above on the IELTS or 1250 or above on the EMSAT English test (or equivalent).
- For Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Agriculture & Vet Medicine, and Health Sciences, students must score 660 or above on the SAT Subject test in mathematics or 1100 on the EMSAT Math test (or equivalent).
- For the College of Law, students must score 1250 on the EMSAT Arabic language test (or equivalent).
