The Kenya Power Management Trainee Program is designed to develop talented and motivated individuals through an intensive eighteen-month training period. Participants will experience a structured program that includes classroom instruction, mentorship, hands-on projects, and rotations across various departments. This comprehensive approach ensures trainees gain practical skills and industry knowledge, preparing them for significant roles within Kenya Power and contributing to the growth and transformation of the energy sector.

Who can Apply For The Kenya Power Management Graduate Trainee Program?
Also, applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Graduates from recognized institutions with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
- Must have graduated after the year 2020 with at least a second class Honours.
Required Documents:
Furthermore, only candidates offered employment shall present the following clearance certificates:
- Valid Certificate of Good Conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations
- Valid Clearance Certificate from the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB)
- Valid Tax Compliance Certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA);
- Current Clearance from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC);
- Current Report from an approved Credit Reference Bureau (CRB)
