- Admission into Prime University shall be open to all irrespective of nationality, race, gender, physical ability, religious or political affiliations.
- The University shall admit candidates into its programs based on the nationally accepted minimum qualifications.
- All admission into undergraduate programs shall be through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).

Additionally, Prime University offers a 60% tuition scholarship for students from partner schools, including Capital Science Academy, Nigeria Ghana International College, Aviation City International School, and An-Noor International Academy. Additionally, students from other schools who enroll in the current academic year will receive a 50% tuition scholarship. This initiative aims to encourage a diverse range of students to pursue their studies at Prime University.
