The Graduate Internship Program (GRIP) FY25 by World Vision Kenya is designed to provide recent graduates with a unique opportunity to serve in rural and semi-urban areas of Kenya. The program aims to help the most vulnerable children overcome poverty and achieve a full life. It runs from October 1st, 2024, to September 30th, 2025, and is open to graduates with a genuine desire to serve in areas that are part of World Vision Kenyaโs community development programs.

Who can Apply for the World Vision Graduate Internship Program 2024 in Kenya?
Additionally, applicants are to meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Must be a citizen of Kenya.
- Must have graduated with a degree in one of the specified faculties between July 2023 and August 2024.
- Graduates who have benefited from World Visionโs child sponsorship program or have been part of its community development programs are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to commit to a 1-year program, and live and work within World Vision Kenya program areas.
- Encouragement for graduates from arid, semi-arid, and fragile contexts to apply.
- Must disclose any potential conflicts of interest, such as relatives working for or affiliated with World Vision Kenya.
- Must be willing to provide a valid Certificate of Good Conduct if successful.
