The Asian Development Bank Internship 2024 at the Central and West Asia Department / Regional Cooperation and Integration Unit (CWRD/CWRC) focuses on supporting analytics, research, and events aimed at enhancing regional cooperation. Interns will work on projects related to carbon markets, critical minerals, decarbonizing global value chains, green skills, energy efficiency, and more within the CAREC region.

Who can Apply For The Asian Development Bank Internship 2024?

Also, applicants should meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Must be pursuing a Master’s degree in fields such as development economics, economics, public policy, energy economics, energy, climate finance, or other relevant areas.
  • Must be enrolled at an educational institution in one of the ADB member countries for the entire duration of the internship.
  • Experience working on research or development projects in the CAREC region is preferred.
  • Familiarity with regional cooperation initiatives within Central and West Asia and collaboration with international organizations think tanks, consulting firms, or projects related to carbon markets, critical minerals, green skills, and energy sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of the Russian language is preferred but not essential.
