The KPMG Graduate Trainee Programme aims to develop recent university graduates into professionals through mentoring, learning, and international training in a multinational environment. Participants will be engaged in various roles such as Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, Governance, Regulatory Compliance, Contract Compliance, and Sustainability/ESG services.

- Fields related to Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, Governance, Regulatory Compliance, Contract Compliance, and Sustainability/ESG services.

Who can Apply?
- Recent university graduates who meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division from a recognized university
- A minimum of 5 O’ Level credits (including English and Mathematics)
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Not exceeded 28 years of age at the time of application
- Completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme
- For law graduates, a minimum of a Second-Class Upper degree from the Nigerian Law School
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Digital skills
- Not written the KPMG aptitude test within the last 12 months
