2. India 4EU II (Europe)

Under this EU program, Indian nationals can study and work in Europe for a period of time, from undergraduate to postdoctoral levels, with subsidies available. Full undergraduate degrees and shorter study terms as part of academic exchange programs are also eligible for scholarships. Tuition, travel costs, insurance, and a monthly stipend are all covered by awards. Partner universities in France, Finland, Italy, Sweden, Portugal, Germany, and Spain are part of the program.

3. Tata Scholarships at Cornell (US)

The Tata Education and Development Trust has endowed a US$25 million scholarship, which makes about 20 scholarships available to Indian undergraduate students at Cornell University each year. In order to qualify, one must first be accepted into a Cornell undergraduate program before submitting an application for need-based financial aid.

4. Dr Manmohan Singh Scholarships (UK)
