Who can Apply?

Australian citizens or permanent residents who:

• Are enrolled or have an offer to undertake graduate-level study (Masters, Ph.D., or Postdoctoral Research) at an accredited U.S. educational institution for a minimum of one year.
• Have 5-7 years of work experience in journalism and an agreement with a U.S. media outlet to pursue an investigative project for at least three months.

Dual U.S. citizens or permanent residents are not eligible.
