The TETFUND Enterprise Challenge is a competition aimed at helping young people in Africa turn their ideas and skills into successful businesses or social enterprises. This pitching model encourages creativity and boldness in aspiring entrepreneurs. Participants go through a mandatory Boot Camp and Pitching Competitions, with the best ideas receiving financial and technical support. The Ugwumba Center for Leadership Development in Africa, founded in Nigeria in 2018, is a non-political, non-discriminatory, non-profit organization focused on developing future leaders and entrepreneurs in Africa.
