The Tomorrow’s Leaders Program is an initiative sponsored by the U.S. Department of State’s U.S.-Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI). It provides undergraduate and graduate scholarships to exceptional students from socioeconomically underserved backgrounds across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The program aims to develop future leaders who will contribute to the social, economic, and political development of their communities.

Undergraduate and Graduate Scholarships.
Students from socioeconomically underserved backgrounds who are citizens of the MENA region (excluding dual U.S. citizens) with good academic standing, English proficiency, leadership potential, and financial need.
Selection is based on academic merit, leadership potential, financial need, and performance during the interview stage. Shortlisted candidates will need to demonstrate English proficiency through TOEFL or IELTS.
Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Syria, Tunisia, West Bank/Gaza, and Yemen.

The number of awards varies annually based on available funding and the number of qualified applicants.
The scholarship lasts for the duration of the undergraduate or graduate program.
