Sephora Accelerate is a six-month program designed to support and grow beauty brands, especially those led by people of colour. Participants receive ongoing help and resources, both online and in-person, to build successful businesses. They also get the chance to launch their brands with Sephora, the world’s largest beauty retailer, and connect with the beauty community.

Who can Apply?
Also, applicants are to meet the following criteria:
- Applicants must lead a North American-incorporated beauty brand company.
- The brand must be founded or co-founded by someone who is at least 18 years old.
- The brand must be in its early stages and not yet widely distributed.
- If selected, you must be able to attend the entire program, which runs from January to June for six months.
- Current employees of Sephora are not eligible to participate in the Accelerate program.
- The application requires responses to eligibility questions, details about your brand, a short video, and possibly product samples.
