Who can Apply for the Radboud University Scholarship?

  • Non-EU/non-EEA students who:
    • Hold a non-EU/non-EEA passport.
    • Are not eligible for the lower EU/EEA tuition fee.
    • Have obtained their Bachelor’s degree outside the Netherlands.
    • Meet English language proficiency requirements.
    • Are fully admitted to a Master’s programme starting in September 2025.

How are Applicants Selected?

  • Based on academic excellence, ambition, and the quality of references. Selection criteria include outstanding study results, the relevance of the previous degree, motivation letter quality, and the recommendations in reference letters.

How Long Will the Award Last?

  • For the nominal duration of the Master’s programme. Scholarships for two-year programmes can be renewed for the second year if all first-year courses are passed.
