The Tech Equity Collective (TEC) Innovate is an immersive program designed to help aspiring tech professionals advance their careers. The experience offers expert-led workshops, group coaching, and unparalleled networking opportunities, culminating in a two-day, in-person event at Google NYC. The program is aimed at equipping participants with the skills, connections, and confidence to launch successful tech careers.
Participants should have technical expertise and experience in tech-related fields, including software development, product management, or platform development.
Career development, networking, and skill-building events.
Aspiring tech professionals aged 18+ with technical experience (through professional work, certifications, or relevant personal projects) actively pursuing careers in tech.
Applicants are selected based on their demonstrated technical experience and engagement with the tech industry, which can be reflected through work experience, technical certifications, or personal tech projects.
Open to participants in the United States (event takes place in New York City).
The event culminates in an in-person experience at Google NYC, after completing virtual modules.
