Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) based in Ghana or Nigeria, with a strong understanding of local contexts and proven experience in innovation systems and policy influencing.
Applicants are chosen based on their capacity to engage and coordinate with various partners, understanding of the local context, and experience with public and private sector stakeholders.

The total funding available is £1.9 million, distributed among selected proposals.
The grant supports strengthening innovation systems, commercializing innovative solutions, improving policy environments, and enhancing government digital services in Ghana and Nigeria.
