Program Overview:
The Union Bank Graduate Trainee Programme offers young professionals the opportunity to learn and develop technical and soft skills through world-class training and on-the-job experience. There are three main pathways for participants:
- Sales Academy
- Tech Bootcamp

Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible for the programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of BSc (2nd class lower) or HND (lower class) in any discipline.
- NYSC discharge certificate or exemption letter.
- Must be 27 years old or younger by April 2024.
- No previous work experience is required.
Additional qualifications for Tech Bootcamp applicants:
- A degree in computer-related disciplines like Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or Numeric Sciences.
- Any relevant IT certification.
