Program Overview:
The Emerging Leaders Graduate Program is a 24-month development opportunity designed for early-career graduates to grow and develop their skills within the commercial functions of Colgate-Palmolive South Africa. These functions include Customer Development, Customer Service & Logistics, and Marketing. The program involves job rotations and project assignments, providing a comprehensive learning experience.
Upon successful completion of the program, participants may be offered permanent roles within the company based on their performance and business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in job rotations within commercial functions.
- Work on diverse project assignments.
- Contribute to brand growth and consumer engagement.
- Assist in executing winning strategies for Colgate-Palmolive brands.
- Support business development and category growth initiatives.
Educational & Experience Requirements for the Colgate Palmolive Emerging Leaders Graduate Programme:
- Minimum B.Com Degree or Honors (preferably in Strategic Marketing, Management, Business Management, or related fields).
- 0-2 years of work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Numerate with attention to detail.
- Results-oriented with leadership potential.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and under time pressure.
- Project management, team collaboration, and implementation skills.
