Program Overview:

The Emerging Leaders Graduate Program is a 24-month development opportunity designed for early-career graduates to grow and develop their skills within the commercial functions of Colgate-Palmolive South Africa. These functions include Customer Development, Customer Service & Logistics, and Marketing. The program involves job rotations and project assignments, providing a comprehensive learning experience.

Upon successful completion of the program, participants may be offered permanent roles within the company based on their performance and business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in job rotations within commercial functions.
  • Work on diverse project assignments.
  • Contribute to brand growth and consumer engagement.
  • Assist in executing winning strategies for Colgate-Palmolive brands.
  • Support business development and category growth initiatives.

Educational & Experience Requirements for the Colgate Palmolive Emerging Leaders Graduate Programme:

  • Minimum B.Com Degree or Honors (preferably in Strategic Marketing, Management, Business Management, or related fields).
  • 0-2 years of work experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Numerate with attention to detail.
  • Results-oriented with leadership potential.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and under time pressure.
  • Project management, team collaboration, and implementation skills.
