Trainees are expected to consistently improve their performance throughout the probationary period to complete the program.   • Matric Plus
  • B/Btech degree in the following Engineering areas: Mechanical/Electrical/Electromechanical and geographically mobile. 
  • B/Btech degree Finance disciplines /Accounting Technician NQ5 qualification
  • Work experience of 0-5 years
  • Strong academic record
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Software Applications (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Problem-Solving Skills
  • Analytical Thinking

  • Complete training modules designed to develop the technical skills, industry knowledge, and professional skills

  • Gain exposure to diverse projects
