Tell Me About The Yale Maurice R. Greenberg World Fellows Program 2025:

The Maurice R. Greenberg World Fellows Program is a four-month, full-time residential program based out of Yale’s International Leadership Center and housed within the Jackson School of Global Affairs. The Program runs annually from mid-August to mid-December. The Program provides World Fellows with the opportunity to expand their vision, learn from each other, and grow personally and professionally. World Fellows contribute to Yale’s intellectual life, give talks and participate on panels, collaborate with peers, audit classes, and mentor students.

Who can Apply For The Yale Maurice R. Greenberg World Fellows Program 2025?

Also, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Applicants should have between five and twenty-five years of professional experience with significant accomplishments at a regional, national, or international level.
  • The average age of a World Fellow is 39, but there is no minimum or maximum age limit.
  • Applicants must be citizens of a country other than the United States; while those with dual U.S. citizenship are eligible, preference is given to those whose work focuses outside the U.S.
  • Applicants must be fluent in English, as strong English skills are essential for participating in the program.
  • World Fellows must reside at Yale University in New Haven for the full program duration, from mid-August to mid-December.

The selection criteria include:

  • An established record of extraordinary achievement and integrity.
  • A commitment to contributing positively to society at the local, national, or international level.
  • A promising future career in leadership with the potential for significant global impact.
  • A strong capacity for critical, creative, entrepreneurial, and strategic thinking.
  • A likelihood of benefiting from the program and contributing to Yale’s global perspective.
  • A commitment to full-time residence at Yale for the program’s duration, active participation in program activities, mentoring students, and speaking frequently on campus.
