The program supports BSE Global’s commitment to developing diverse leaders and making impactful strides in the world of sports and entertainment. The Fellowship is a 12-month paid program for motivated and innovative recent college graduates. It is designed to build core skills, gain business insights, and get exposure to the many facets of BSE Global. Fellows will directly apply to one department. The departments are Finance, Human Resources, Digital, Marketing, and Sales.

Additionally, applicants must meet the following criteria:
