The Malta Air Graduate Programme offers recent graduates a chance to work with Europe’s largest airline group, Ryanair, across its Finance or Safety & Compliance departments. Graduates rotate through several key business areas, receive mentorship from senior leadership, and participate in trips around the network.

These unique programmes offer you the chance to rotate through a number of key business areas in your chosen programme, will get continued mentorship from our senior leadership team, and be brought on a number of trips around the network to understand Ryanair better and its operations and will some well-deserved nights out

  • Safety & Compliance: Flight Ops Safety, Engineering Safety, Security, Compliance
  • Finance: Management Accounts, Insurance, Transfer Pricing and Leasing, Financial Reporting

Who can Apply for the Malta Air Graduate Program?

  • Studies in a relevant degree programme and either secured a 2.1 or above or be on track to
  • Must of graduated/ finished university no earlier than 2023
  • Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in Ireland and travel freely throughout the network.
  • Strong analytical ability to drive efficiency, quality and continuous improvements
  • Ability to work in a pressurised and fast paced environment
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work on own initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • PC Skills (Word, Excel, Power point etc)

  • Candidates must hold the right to work and live in Ireland, but no specific nationality restrictions are mentioned.

Where will the Programme be Taken?

  • The first 6 months will be at Ryanair’s HQ in Dublin, Ireland, followed by 1.5 years in Malta Air’s offices in Pietà, Malta.
